therapy rooms
Rainbow Bridge Holistic opened its Therapy Rooms in 2018 to offer a broad range of complimentary therapies to soothe mind, body and soul. It provides a calm sanctuary away from the busyness of daily life to come and recharge, revitalise and be the best version of yourself. Our qualified therapists are there to support you on your journey to a more grounded and balanced you.
Integrative Psychotherapy can help with stress, depression, addictions, anxieties and those who are feeling a general apathy towards their life. It can help with behaviours that feel stuck, and repetitive patterns that you would like to make more sense of so that you can move forward with your life with positivity.
Daniela also runs the wellbeing in nature not-for-profit Nook by Nature.
